Original Italian pizza (maybe the most popular version) is the one from Naples, pretty high and soft.
In Rome instead, we usually eat a really thin pizza like this vegan one in the pic. The pizzeria al taglio (a pizzeria selling slices or squares of pizza, sort of a take away but some of them make round pizzas when requested) at the corner of the building where my apartment is, made this wonderful pizza just for me.

On top he put cherry tomatoes, two different kinds of mushrooms and zucchini. Yummy!
